Licensed Professional Counselor & Certified Yoga Teacher

I am passionate about helping you move forward feeling supported and capable of creating a life and relationships that feel fulfilling and meaningful. I understand how difficult it can be to trust again after painful experiences, and how fear can show up when things begin to change. Together, we will work through those challenges, helping you break free from limiting thoughts, feel more in control of your emotional responses, and begin to experience a deeper sense of safety within yourself and with others.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or carrying the weight of past experiences that won’t seem to let go, you’re not alone. Maybe you’ve tried to push through on your own, but something still feels off. You might notice your emotions taking over, your relationships feeling strained, or a constant sense of anxiety, burnout, or disconnection that’s hard to explain.

For many people, these patterns show up most in their relationships. Old wounds like childhood trauma or betrayal can make it hard to feel safe, leading to cycles of conflict, distance, or fear of being hurt again. Couples therapy can be a powerful space to slow things down, understand each other more deeply, and begin shifting from patterns of distress toward a more secure, connected relationship.

I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re feeling and find a way forward that actually feels possible.

In our work together, you don’t have to have everything figured out. You don’t have to hide parts of yourself or pretend you’re okay. This is a space where you can slow down, be real, and start understanding what’s underneath the stress, the patterns, and the pain. Whether you’re coming in individually or as a couple, we’ll work on helping you feel more grounded, more emotionally connected, and more confident in how you show up in your life and relationships.

My approach blends practical tools with deeper healing. We’ll work on breaking cycles that keep you stuck, while also creating space for your mind and body to feel safe again. I often incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, and body-based practices to help calm the overwhelm, especially if you are mentally and emotionally exhausted.

You deserve to feel grounded, understood, and at peace in your own life. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in reconnecting with yourself and others in a way that feels safe, secure, and empowering.
